Searches for Double Higgs Production in Proton-Proton Collisions with the Cms Experiment.

In this talk I will present searches by the CMS experiment of a possible production of a pair of Higgs bosons at the LHC, pp -> HH.
In Standard Model such process plays a key role in directly probing the shape of the scalar potential by measuring the Higgs boson self-coupling constant. The production cross section of pp -> HH process in SM is too small to be measured with LHC Run-II data. However, this cross section can be enhanced in many Beyond the Standard Model scenarios through both a resonant and a non-resonant production mechanisms. The case of the resonant production, pp -> X -> HH, where X represents the Graviton or Radion particles, is a powerful way to probe some of the most interesting BSM models. Various decay modes of the Higgs boson are exploited to experimentally identify this process: HH -> bb bb, HH -> bb gg, HH -> bb tau tau decays. This talk gives an overview of such searched using data collected with CMS experiment at 13 TeV.
