The CMS experiment is one of the two large general-purpose detectors at the
Large Hadron Collider (LHC). After a shutdown in 2013 and 2014, the LHC
restarted collecting data at the unprecedented center-of-mass energy of
13 TeV in summer 2015. In 2016, about 40/fb of data were collected by the
CMS detector. The recent results from the CMS experiment with 13 TeV data
will be presented.
