Application of Doped Zinc Oxide in Dye Sensitized Solar Cell

In this study, we investigated the effect of doping Zinc-Oxide micro-rods on FTO without seed layer and its characteristics as the photoelectrode of dye-sensitized solar cell.0.06M of(Zn(HNO3)•6H2O) and 0.06M of hexamethylenetetraammonium (C6H12N4) were the main reflective material in the hydrothermal method by thermal deposition of Self-assembled monolayers (ODS) on FTO conductive glass. The zinc oxide micro-rods was analysised in this research ,the preparation of (Ga(NO3)3) molar concentration of 0.1% to 1% doped content as zinc oxide micron column application dye-sensitized solar cells, While gallium-doped zinc oxide has a higher conductivity than indium and aluminum. The expected results were analyzed by FE-SEM, XRD, TEM and PL.
