Ferromagnetic Resonance in Py/Pt Bilayer Thin Films

In this study, we fabricate Py / Pt thin flims by magno-sputtering. We used electron paramagnetic resonance to measurement the absorption curve. The microwave with a frequency of 9.45 GHz is injected to the cavity, and an external magnetic field is applied along the film surface. We change the thin film thickness of Pt from 5 to 10 nm and Py from 5 to 20 nm. When we add electrode to Pt layer, we try to observed spin current is injected into a Pt layer using spin pumping by measured the inverse spin hall effect voltage.
